*This oat cookie recipe comes from my school's cooking classes. It was so good and tasty that I have kept and used the recipe for years. Because it is so good I will share it with you here.* This is a very short and simple but very tasty recipe. # Ingredients: - `50g flour` - `50g sugar` - `100g oats` - `100g butter` - `50g chocolate` ![Image of the ingredients required](/uploads/usr_7697fa43ef38a30b/06353f5d75db62cde2db7a36.jpg) # Instructions: 1. Turn on your oven at `160°C`. 2. Prepare a baking tray with oil or baking paper. 3. Get a bowl and combine the **sugar** and **butter** together. 4. Mix until creamy. 5. Add the **Oats**, **flour**, and **raisins** into the bowl. 6. Mix until all combined. 7. Divide the dough into *either* **6** balls *(for extra large cookies)*, **12** balls *(for large cookies*, or **24** balls *(for small cookies)*. 8. Place the dough balls onto the baking tray. 9. Gently flatten the balls till `~1-2 CM` thick. 10. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for `15-20` minutes until golden brown. 11. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly to a warm,* but not hot* temperature. 12.
